Peter Guinane — Co-founder, Knowledge Tree Consulting

Co-founded Oriole Landscaping in 1986 and spent 40 years scaling it into one of Canada's most respected landscape businesses. Now mentors other owners on their path to success.

Scott Wentworth — CEO, Wentworth Landscapes

Built Wentworth Landscapes from the ground up since 1991 into a 100+ person operation running some of Ontario's most ambitious commercial and residential projects.

Co-founder of Oriole Landscaping and creator of the operational playbook KTC teaches today. Focuses on systems, leadership, and continual improvement through the Kaizen philosophy.

Built for owners, managers, and leaders

We cap attendance at 120 so the room stays intimate. A good fit for owners of landscape companies doing $1M–$20M+ in revenue, senior management teams (operations, finance, design, estimating), leaders preparing to take over the business, and green-industry entrepreneurs scaling past 10, 20, or 50+ employees.

Three live tours

Wentworth Operations Center — learning stations

Rotate through five learning stations — estimating, production, HR, equipment, and finance — with the people who run them.

Base 31 — a Wentworth project

A large-scale development reviving a former air-force base into a mixed-use community of commercial, residential, and educational facilities.

Hill Street walking tour — Wentworth residential projects

A guided walking tour of a selection of Wentworth's completed and active residential projects in Picton's Hill Street neighborhood.

All keynote sessions, tours of Wentworth's new Operations Center and two active job-sites, lunch + dinner on Oct 6, breakfast + lunch + dinner on Oct 7, breakfast on Oct 8, the welcome reception, and transport between the hotel and tour sites. Hotel rooms, flights, and the optional Toronto shuttle ($60) are separate.

Early-bird tickets ($490) are available until August 6, 2026, or when the event is 50% sold out — whichever comes first. Tickets are capped at 120.

Can I bring someone from my team?

Yes. We recommend every owner brings at least one senior leader (operations, finance, or estimating). Each person needs their own ticket. For groups of four or more, email [email protected] for group pricing.

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds are available until September 6, 2026. After that, tickets are transferable to another person but non-refundable.

Do I need to book a hotel separately?

Yes. In Picton we've blocked rooms at The Waring House (home base), with overflow at the Picton Harbour Inn and The Royal Hotel. For guests flying in, we've reserved a block at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel for the night before the shuttle departs.
